4. Smoked Room
Andalusian chef Dani Garcia returned to fine dining in 2021 with the opening of the Smoked Room restaurant. This restaurant offers a 14-seat omakase menu at St Regis Gardens in Madrid, where guests can watch the cooking process of their dishes.
