Ingredients:
- boiled wild rice – 200 g
- boiled white beans – 200 g
- spinach – 20 g
- radish – 6 pcs.
- avocado – 1 pc.
- green onion – 50 g
- lemon juice – 30 ml
- olive oil – 4 tbsp
- chili flakes – 2 g
- micro-greens – to taste
- salt – to taste
Cooking recipe:
Step 1
Boil the wild rice in advance according to the instructions on the package and let it cool so that the vegetables and spinach remain fresh and crispy when added to the rice.
Step 2
Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone, remove the pulp with a spoon and chop coarsely. Add salt and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Step 3
Mix the avocado in a bowl with wild rice, green onions, halved radishes and white beans.

Step 4
For dressing, mix olive oil, lemon juice, chili flakes, salt. Mix with the prepared ingredients, garnish with microgreens and serve.
